Teaser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Books And A Beat.
Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
My Teaser this Tuesdays is from a book I just got in the mail (like literally 10 min before posting this)
“The thing about being catapulted into a new life
– or at least, shoved up so hard against someone else’s life that you might as well have your face pressed against their window – is that it forces you to rethink your idea of who you are. Or how you might seem to other people.”Me Before You by Jojo Moyes (page 76 / paperback edition)
THIS BOOK IS PERFECTION (or so I’ve heard I’m pretty sure of it)
I learned about this book from a movie trailer; my fellow hopeless romantics, it’s Sam Claflin, Finnick Odair from the Hunger Games, and a lot of British accents – what else would you need? Ten minutes later I already bought the book on Amazon.de (from AwesomeBooksDeutschland). The reason why I mention their name is because through this portal I want to thank them for sending me a second book (I have no idea how or why they send it to me; if it was a mistake or not). The book is called Oz, the Complete Collection, Volume 5: The Magic of Oz; Glinda of Oz; The Royal Book of Oz and although I am truly grateful for receiving it, now I have another collection of books I have to procure “yay”.
That being said, I hope I got you interested in a new book (or two… or a book and a collection…oh, and a movie) and I wish you a wonderful week.

I personally didn’t enjoy Me Before You as much as most others, but I do hope you will enjoy it! The teaser is great. 🙂
Here’s mine of A Darker Shade Of Magic by V.E. Schwab. Happy reading!

I keep hearing great things about this book. Maybe one of these days I may actually read it. 🙂
